These tapes are popular for their day to day use.  Great for the customer who removes their unit daily, or every few days.  They seem less gummy or tacky than the other tapes The extended wear tapes are great for people needing something more than day to day, but who are also not looking for the longest bond either. Like the names implies, they are the closest to permanent bond.  Depnding on the temperature, humidity, and body oil they can last up to 6 weeks.  Usually the most taky, they require more skill to apply.

Important Notice

Always perform a skin patch test on any adhesive that you have not previously purchased.  A patch test involves the placement of various chemicals onto the skin.  The inside of the wrist is a suitable location to perform the skin test.  Place a small piece of the tape on the inside of your wrist.  If you experience any skin reaction within a 24 hour period then the tape applied is not suitable for your skin.
