All UK packages are delivered using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1 pm service to provide a faster secure, guaranteed delivery service.

We ship & despatch packages on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before 12 pm.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery if ordered before 12 pm will be shipped within 24 hours after processing (Tuesday to Friday) to arrive the within 1-2 days after shipping i.e. purchased on a Tuesday before 12 pm, shipped on Tuesday, will arrive on Wednesday or Thursday before 1 pm. If the item is purchased after 2 pm it will be shipped on Wednesday to arrive on Thursday before 1 pm. If an order is made on a Friday before 12 pm you will receive this order on a Monday before 1 pm.

If you choose a Saturday delivery option then you must order Thursday evening or before 12pm on a Friday. We do not deliver goods on Public Holidays or Bank Holidays.

If orders are made on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, orders will not be shipped until Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday etc. Special delivery is a guaranteed service which means it will arrive the day after it has been shipped not ordered, we still require time to process all orders.

The above applies for UK deliveries only, international deliveries take considerably longer (Europe 4-7 working days & Worldwide approximately 7-10 working days) and do not account for time packages are spent in international customs.

Our Recorded Delivery service can take 3-5 working days.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on the actual weight of the package and is automatically calculated after you have added your items to the basket.

Late or Lost Packages

Custom Lace Front Wigs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are well packaged when posted and we always obtain proof of posting which will be kept after postage of the items for 1 month. If your item is lost, then inform us after 15 days (time specified by Royal Mail) and we will post you the certificate and it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to claim compensation from royal mail using their P58 form. Please note that Recorded deliveries are only insured for up to 39 British Pounds if the value of your package exceeds this amount we recommend that you should choose the Special Delivery service.
