Measurements

One Size fits all – suitable for average to medium cap sized heads - 21" - 22.5"

Circumference measurement — up to 22.5 Inches

Front to nape measurement — up to 14 inches

Circumference measures the distance around your head. Starting at the front hairline closest to your right ear, place the tape flat against your head, going just above the ear towards the back of the head, keeping the tape at the nape of your neck and go around to the opposite side of your head towards the left ear and returning to the right ear starting point.
