Terms And Conditions
A completed purchase transaction with Custom Lace Front Wigs is a contractual acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payments
Custom Lace Front Wigs will not begin production of any Custom lace front wig until full payment has been given to the company and such payment has been processed.
We are unable to supply wigs on approval or credit. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full. All debit and credit cards must be registered to the delivery address and where applicable address verified by Barclaycards Business or Google Checkout.
Delivery
We only deliver within the mainland UK and select countries. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3 working days for the UK and 7-10 outside the UK.
Custom Orders take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
The delivery of goods will be through Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Clients), Royal Mail International Signed for Global Priority Shipping (Europe, Asia and US) or another alternative express shipping courier service. Delivery times do vary and this should be checked prior to payment. The couriers will not deliver to Post Offices Boxes. Signatures will be required for all accepted delivery of goods to the billing address given during payment. Once the package has left the United Kingdom it is then the customers responsibility to ensure they are available to accept the package. Tracking numbers will be emailed to all customers to track their orders. For updates on orders that are in transit for delivery, please contact the subsequent courier.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order, the exception is Custom Lace front wig orders which are paid for in advance.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the 'Add to Basket' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button 'Order Now', we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Refund Policy
We are staking our reputation that you will be 100% satisfied with the customer service and product that you receive through our endeavors to produce a custom lace front unit exactly to the specifications that you ordered.
A decision to purchase a custom lace front unit has to be considered carefully. As custom units are designed for individuals whose head sizes can range from petite to large, custom units cannot be returned as it would be difficult to resell to others.
When you have completed an Order Instructions and your payment has been processed your order is taken to the wigmaker to start making your wig. First we check your order and determine the color you have chosen and we start the special coloring process we have derived to ensure your Remy hair does not become damaged or dry to touch but remains soft and tangle free. Then we begin the process of making your wig. The wigmaker completes this task expertly hand-tying each strand of Remy hair to your chosen lace material. The custom unit is cut, styled and cleaned in preparation for packing. When you eventually receive your finished lace front wig, time would have already been used on materials, labor, processing and administrative tasks. These are not stock item lace front units, they are built from your specifications.
Our refund policy is that all sales are final on custom wig orders and stock wig orders. No refunds or exchanges.
Customer service provide full details of all orders prior to sending units to clients. Read the specifications first before making an order. When you have completed your Order Instructions you will be contacted by email to verify that we have all the correct information. We will only deliver lace front units that have passed our stringent testing for quality assurance and your written specification in your order details.
Custom Lace Front Wigs will not accept the return of packages that have been altered in anyway including the cutting of the lace, styling of the wig, washing the wig etc. If goods are returned without authorization and have been altered they will be returned to the client. If it is deemed that a refund is required then a 20 % re-stocking fee will be charged at the discretion of Custom Lace Front Wigs, however, it is stated very clearly that we do not accept all returns and by entering into a purchase contract you are accepting these terms and condition of sales.

CUSTOM LACE FRONT WIGS may revise the websites Terms and Condition of Sale. You agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current terms to which you are bound. Once a purchase agreement has been reached both parties are bound to that agreement.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
